We founded Quality Stitching, LLC with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to Quality Stitching, LLC. Read our policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Can you embroider this while I wait? No, we have other jobs running at this moment. Our minimum expedite time frame allowed is 24 hrs with a 100% expedite fee. A 48 hr expedite will cost you a 50% expedite fee.
Will you pick out this embroidery and sew over it? No, we do not remove stitches, nor do we embroider or patch over existing stitches.
Can I pay you when I pick up my order? No, a 50% deposit is required at the time of drop off.
Do you take checks? No, we accept cash or credit card payments only.
Policy & Procedures
At Quality Stitching we strive to give our customers the most enjoyable experience possible. To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent.
$50.00 minimum custom embroidery order.
50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing an order.
Logo digitizing fees start at $35.00 for hat and pocket size logos, $45.00 for puff and $50.00+ for back pieces. Full payment for digitizing services is due before the process will begin.
Allow up to a 2 week turnaround for your order. Start time begins when the payment is received, NOT when the order is placed.
Rush orders - IF we can accommodate your deadline, an expedite fee will be charged.

48 hrs = 50%
We do not remove stitching and we do not embroider over existing stitches.
No personal checks will be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
Anything left over 30 days will be subject to a 10% storage fee. Anything left over 60 days will be considered surrendered and disposed of.
Understanding of Garment Waiver
I understand that occasionally during the garment decoration process, a garment can be damaged by computer driven machinery or other manners that are out of our control, such as materials that are susceptible to press marks, dye migration, etc. If you supply the garment and there is a problem, we do not replace your item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you with an apology. We prefer to work on garments from our suppliers, that Quality Stitching, LLC can easily replace.
The customer’s garments are accepted with the strict understanding that Quality Stitching, LLC cannot accept any liability whatsoever, for any damage to customer supplied garments during the process of printing or embroidery carried out by Quality Stitching, LLC. All garments are left entirely at the customer’s own risk. Thank you.
By acknowledging this waiver, you are agreeing to our policy that we do not replace customer provided garments, if damaged.
